For its inaugural exhibition, Baker Miller Pink  is proud to present the work of Sydney based artist, Damian Harris.

Showing a curated review of paintings with a focus on Harris’ recent explorations into socially engaged (politically punctuated), Neo Pop, Minimalism. Harris’ work is clever, colourful, darkly comical and anchored in refined social commentary. Exactly what we need right now!

Covid safe measures will be in place, therefore we will be hosting viewing sessions within the gallery space with the artist on Friday (20/11) and Saturday (21/11) nights (Max 15 people), and encourage guests to stay with us downstairs at the ready-made ‘Garage Bar’ where we will be serving socially distanced wine, Young Henry’s beer and refreshments.

Each of the exhibited works will be available for purchase through Baker Miller Pink. There has never been a better time to support living artists & the arts.
We are also excited to have guest art critic ‘Sister Wendy’ joining the evening sessions on Friday & Saturday. There will also be a special performance by actor, educator and cabaret institution, Garry Scale.

Damian Harris’ exhibition ‘Business as unusual’ will be on show at the Baker Miller P{ink Gallery, 23 May Street, St Peters from the 20th to the 24th November 2020. Bookings essential.
