Join us in The Music Lounge when we showcase some of Wollongong’s very own local talent, in a dazzling night of musical moments – but this time, with a twist! Dive into our miscast renditions of popular hits and show-tune favourites from The Book of Mormon, Chicago, Hamilton and many more performed by the members of the University of Wollongong Musical Theatre Society.

Founded last year by UOW students, who are regular performers in the local theatre community. The UOW Musical Theatre Society originally started as an avenue for those who felt they no longer had the time or a place to perform once they started university. It has since grown to include many more talented members of the wider Illawarra community and provides a home to some of Wollongong’s finest young performers.

A NIGHT OF MUSICAL MOMENTS – MISCAST promises to take you on a journey to the alternate dimensions where casting has no rules and everything is out of the ordinary. So sit back, relax and try and resist singing along!
