TEKNO

I have just finished reading a fascinating book entitled TEKNO, a short work that features an exciting collaboration between Australian writer, presently living in Montreal, Estelle Pigott, and reclusive visual designer Klaus Kinski.

This collection explores the relationship between humans and technology. In this exciting read the poems sing to the artwork and the designs answers back in a call and response celebration between the words and the shapes on the page.

TEKNO teases out the experience of relationships in the digital age and the pervasiveness of technology in our lives with humour, fondness, awe and cynicism. the poetry explores online dating, instagram peacocking, the digital gaze, graphic design and the power of the media.

TEKNO has been published by Design Federation. The book is available through Amazon.
