CALLOUT FOR TEMPORARY PUBLIC ART COMMISSIONS FOR OLYMPIC PARK

The Sydney Olympic Park Authority is calling on artists to submit proposals for temporary public art.  Submissions close Friday 16th March.

Sydney Olympic Park is home to the largest collection of outdoor large-scale site-specific public art in a single precinct in Australia.

With more than 50 single pieces, the artworks provide a unique record of the cultural history of the Park, including works relating to the early industrial uses of the site, the Olympic Games and the current home of a new creative community.

The Sydney Olympic Park Public Art Collection is a vibrant outdoor art gallery with new media works, evolving works and temporary works that enrich the Park.
